Visiting the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre couldn’t be easier. 

Entry is via the MCEC new main entrance at Convention Centre Place near DFO South Wharf, via Door 19.

DFO South Wharf Parking
DFO South Wharf is located at 20 Convention Centre Place in South Wharf, directly next to Melbourne Convention Centre.

Crown Casino 
Multi-Level Car Park – 4000 parking spaces. 
Entrances off Haig Street (off Clarendon Street), Clarke Street (off City Road), and off Kings Way (city bound)
Open 24 hours, 7 days a week

Basement Car Park – 1000 parking spaces
Entrances off Southbank Boulevard, King Street (city outbound), and off Kings Way (city bound)

Trams

There is a tram stop at the entrance to the Melbourne Exhibition Centre.

Tram Nos. 112, 96, 109 travel along Clarendon Street from South Melbourne, Port Melbourne and St Kilda and service the CBD via Collins and Bourke Streets.

Trams run every 6-8 minutes during peak times, 7.00am – 9.00am and 4.00pm – 6.00pm and every 10-12 minutes between 9.00am and 4.00pm.

Trains

Southern Cross Station (formerly Spencer Street Station) is just a short stroll from the Melbourne Exhibition Centre.

Taxis

Ask your driver to drop you off at Convention Centre Place, next to Pan Pacific Melbourne and DFO South Warf. We have two nearby taxi ranks – Crown, Clarendon Street and DFO, Convention Centre Place.
